A Short Story

Post #243 – Three Month Hospitalization

I went into the hospital shortly after Thanksgiving and have been here ever since. I had five surgeries and have to lie on a specialty bed until I heal. I am still having trouble with WordPress as I am unable to like or comment on your posts. It is most frustrating. I have contacted WordPress to no avail so far but I’ll keep trying. I can’t even get to see some of your Blogs. It has been going on for six months so please forgive me if you don’t see likes or comments from me.

My meditation for the day:

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature, and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.  ~  Anne Frank
