Post #155 – Climbing out of a Black Pit – Poem

pit

Uninspired

Lost in muck and mire

Climbing my way out of the pit

Without a rope

Pulling my paralyzed body

Up with my hands

Slipping and sliding

Blood dripping

Grasping jagged rocks

No ceiling above me

I see the light

If I keep at it

The light will see me

  1. Nancy the beautiful picture in your post said it all. The light is there at the end of the tunnel and it is all pervading. You just keep on remembering Him. He is always there and it is in his Hands what he has for you. Remember him at all times. Take care.
